These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of brownfundingservices.com and the application on it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Our service

Brown Financial Services helps business owners find funding. Submitting an application on this site asks us to review your information and contact you. It is not an offer, a commitment to lend, or an approval.

2. Your application

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to apply for your business.
You agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Our call-within-10-minutes commitment

We commit to calling you within 10 minutes of your application during business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time. If you apply after hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Fees and how we are paid

We do not charge application fees or fees for our services. Our compensation comes from the financing we provide. The full cost of any offer is shown to you in writing before you accept it.

5. No guarantee of funding

Not all applicants qualify. Approval, amount, and terms depend on your business and are decided case by case. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.

6. Third parties

Our website links to or relies on third-party services such as Google. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including the Brown Financial name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Brown Financial Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Using our website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
